Quelites with mushrooms

Being able to walk into an outdoor farmers market and access seasonal and local fresh fruits and vegetables that is a delightful treat in Alaska. Whether in the Centennial Park, Muldoon, Spenard and other markets, it is possible to remember the traditional markets of Latin America. This time I bring you an easy and nutritious recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 garlic diets
- 1/2 onion
- 1 bouquet of quelites leaves
- 1 bunch of seasonal mushrooms
- Oil or butter
Put oil or butter in a frying pan and add the garlic and onion, when they are already sautéed add the quelites leaves.
f you can’t find quelites, you can substitute it with fresh sliced mustard greens.
At the end add the mushrooms (also sliced) and salt to taste.
See, it’s super easy and fast! To eat them you can serve in tacos, or accompanied by a fried egg,
or just like that with a few drops of lemon.
