Alaska Department of Health Confirms 321 Positive Covid-19 Cases

The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) confirmed on Monday, April 20, 2020, two new cases of Coronavirus, one in Chugiak and the other in Palmer, bringing the state's total number of positive cases to 321. Eight new cases were also reported as recovered, and no new hospitalizations or deaths from the virus were reported. The cases reported on Monday are a man in Palmer between the ages of 30 and 39, and the other one is a woman in Chugiak aged 60 to 69. At the moment it is not known where they may have acquired the virus, both cases are under investigation.
