It’s Time To Sign!

Recall Petition booklets are here, and we must all now sign again (and bring two friends to sign)! Everyone who signed in the application phase (phase 1 in summer 2019) must now sign in the petition phase (phase 2 in winter 2020) for which we must collect 71,252 signatures.

Anchorage Superior Court reversed the state’s wrongful rejection of our recall application, and we’re headed to Alaska Supreme Court on March 25, 2020, for final validation of our grounds for recall. 

​The most important things are:
1) Everyone who signed in the summer must sign again this winter (sign twice, and bring two friends!).

2) Folks around the state have many opportunities to find a convenient location to sign during the petition phase. We ask everyone who plans to sign to get their signature done ASAP so we can get this recall done as fast as possible! 3) Our oral argument will be in front of the Supreme Court on March 25.
At this point, there will be no more legal questions, and our full focus will be on moving this movement forward towards the ballot.
