The DHSS announced two deaths and 656 new cases of COVID-19 in Alaska this Saturday. Most of them in Anchorage (262). Seventeen new cases of non-residents have been identified statewide, seven of them in Anchorage.
The total number of cases of Alaska residents affected by coronavirus is 30,204 and the total number of cases of nonresidents is 1,240. The statewide alert level is high, 79.87 cases per 100,000. All but one region of Alaska is on high alert and widespread community transmission is arising.
